What is PET strapping or Polyester Strap？

PET strapping(Polyester Strap) is a new type of strapping belt that is currently popular around the world. Characteristics of  PET Strapping

1. PET strapping is a packaging material with good tensile strength and welding performance.
2. Polyester Strap has good tension and retention ability. It will not loosen for a long time after being packed, thus ensuring the impact resistance of the goods during long-distance transportation.
3. It can be used for direct packaging without damaging or corroding the goods.
4. Polyester Strap has good flexibility and is easy and safe to operate. It has the characteristics of plastic and is flexible, without sharp edges like steel belts, which can scratch surfaces.
5. PET strapping can adapt to various climate changes and is resistant to high temperatures and humidity. Unlike steel belts, it is not affected by moisture and rust, and does not pollute the environment. It also maintains its tensile strength, ensuring the strength of the package.
6. It is convenient and environmentally friendly. PET strapping is lightweight and easy to carry, and takes up less warehouse space due to its small size. Additionally, used PET strapping is easy to recycle and meets environmental protection requirements.
7. The density of Polyester Strap is only 1/6 of the density of steel belt, and the price per unit length is relatively low. The length of 1 ton of PET strapping is equivalent to the length of 6 tons of steel belt, making the cost per meter lower than that of steel belt.
